The Interreg Sudoe SustForest Plus project has organised a free training action aimed at entrepreneurship, associativism and cooperativism in the resin sector in Spain for those people who are starting their business project in the resin sector or other rural entrepreneurship environment, or who want to start in it.
It will be given from 29 September to 1 November in a mixed format, adapting the format to the classroom and/or online depending on the composition of the participating group and the situation of the pandemic caused by the Coronavirus. The duration of the course is 100 hours, divided into 50 hours of theory and 50 hours of practice.
Theoretically, students will be trained in the legal, juridical and financial aspects of starting or consolidating a project for different types of companies, and will be shown the main working tools for managing the project and its business impulse. In terms of practical training, students will learn about the experiences of other similar projects developed in Spain as a model to follow due to the success they have achieved. In addition, they will be able to visit centres and/or leading companies in the resin sector in the following way: depending on the circumstances arising from COVID at the time, and the geographical origin of the students, the organisation will design the best way for the students to get to know and learn about other companies and centres in the sector that will serve as inspiration for their projects.
